Job Description
Carry out repair and maintenance services at properties, maintain appearance, and respond to tenant service requests.
Requirements
- Respond to tenant service requests and prioritize them accordingly
- Perform painting, drywall repair, carpentry, plumbing, and light fixture repair
- Conduct roof maintenance, HVAC system adjustments, and fire and life safety system testing
- Communicate with tenants, owners, and service providers
- Perform assigned duties in software systems
