Marketing Specialist

Marketing Specialist with responsibility for marketing collateral, email campaigns, data entry, and team support. Also designs marketing materials, develops marketing plans, and manages social media accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of business, project management, communications, marketing or real estate experience.
• Experience in related efforts, including but not limited to marketing, event planning, graphic design.
• Must be skilled with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign and Photoshop) preferred.
• Knowledge of AP Style a plus.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate and experience in commercial real estate processes a plus.
• Ohio Notary Public or willingness to obtain Notary Public.
