Job Description
At Colliers, the Assistant Property Manager will assist in the management of assigned properties, including operation, physical condition, and financial performance. This role requires strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors, and expertise in commercial real estate and retail assets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on retail assets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
- Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI and Avid is a plus
- Experience with contract and leasing agreements
