We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Colliers. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of managing a commercial building, including operations, financial activities, and tenant relationships. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to join our team.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in real estate, commercial preferred
- Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
- Experience with contract and leasing agreements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
