Associate (Broker)

Colliers is seeking an Associate (Broker) to join their team. The role involves collaborating on the daily operation of the team's business, expanding knowledge in commercial leasing, marketing, and sales, and performing tasks such as cold calling, database maintenance, and document preparation.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant sales experience
• Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of California (or in process of obtaining)
• Highly motivated
• Excellent interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
• Prior experience using CRM programs
• Spreadsheet applications experience (Microsoft Excel)
• Desire to advance in the commercial real estate industry
