Associate

SRS Real Estate Partners is seeking an Associate to join their growing retail investment sales team in Washington DC. The role involves supporting senior brokers in listing engagements, conducting market research, managing databases, and performing financial modeling. This position offers exposure to all facets of the investment sales business.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-years of degree
• 2-5 years of real estate experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Intimate knowledge of CoStar, GIS mapping & Google Earth software
• Effective at multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Desire to learn and a strong work ethic
• Active real estate license in one or more of the following states (VA, MD, NC)
