Building Operator

As a Building Operator at Colliers, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, providing top-quality customer service, and collaborating with a team to deliver results. This role requires a strong technical expertise and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of related experience in a commercial real estate environment
• 5th Power Engineering Certification is an asset, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license for British Columbia
• Ability to multitask and be responsive to time-sensitive tasks
• Flexible in working hours and able to respond to emergencies after hours
• Pleasant, cooperative attitude and is a team player; diligent and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent technology skills using a laptop and phone Apps
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
