Commercial Property Sales & Leasing Executive

We are looking for an experienced and proactive sales expert to be trained in Commercial Real Estate and work alongside our expanding team based in Bendigo. This role will see the right person leading the already established Victorian initiative in the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across the Greater Bendigo region.

Requirements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace
• Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Greater Bendigo and surrounding areas
• Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
• Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
• Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
