Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team at Colliers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Graduate-level degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area and 2-4 years of experience in real estate, capital markets or corporate finance. The candidate will provide expert financial analysis and other analytical work to support transaction management and brokerage services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Graduate-level degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate, capital markets or corporate finance
- 2-3 years modeling experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis and ability to read and interpret financial statements
- Experience with persuasive writing and composition
- Ability to deliver results to the highest accuracy in terms of financial analysis
