We are seeking a Director, Digital Technology to lead the development of our global digital marketing technology ecosystem. The role combines strategic leadership, architectural authority, and hands-on technical oversight to ensure platforms are modern, cloud-native, and aligned to enterprise standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital platforms, marketing technology, or enterprise web ecosystems
- 7+ years in senior leadership roles owning enterprise-scale platforms and teams
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Sitecore XP, XM Cloud, composable DXP architectures
- Proven experience designing and governing complex, integrated marketing technology ecosystems
