Junior Controller (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Junior Controller to join our team. As a Junior Controller, you will be responsible for HR Controlling, including calculation and plausibility of variable remuneration, support in determining and booking provisions, and analysis of personnel key figures and cost developments.

Requirements

• Completed degree in economics (e.g. business administration, economics, finance, controlling)
• First practical experiences in Controlling through internships or student activities
• Fundamental knowledge in accounting, controlling, as well as financial and budget planning
• Safe handling of MS Excel, particularly for data analysis and preparation
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Analytical thinking, structured working method, and high affinity for numbers
• Team orientation, willingness to learn, and self-initiative
