We are seeking a Managing Director to lead our Atlanta market and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have experience in real estate leadership, strong critical thinking skills, and a passion for recruitment and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a real estate leader or related experience
- Real Estate License
- Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communications and consensus building acumen
- Highest level of business ethics with personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the mission of the company
- Demonstrated ability to operate and grow a profitable business unit
