Colliers is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their Canadian Marketing Studio team. The role will primarily support brokerage and assist with other service line projects and marketing requests. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the creation of property marketing campaigns, marketing projects, and general ad-hoc marketing requests.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in the real estate industry
- Degree and/or Certificate in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
- Strong understanding of digital and print advertising platforms
- Exceptional organization, time management and prioritization skills
- Project management skill and experience using a project management tool (Asana) an asset
- Basic knowledge of Adobe’s Creative Suite products, particularly Photoshop and InDesign
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses strong presentation and public speaking skills
