Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, you will partner closely with clients, develop project bids, and ensure the successful execution of building improvement and maintenance initiatives. You will drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer-focused culture while developing and leading a high-performing team.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a Construction/Project Management related field.
• Extensive knowledge of project bidding and project management.
• Ability to read and understand architectural plans and technical specifications.
• Ability to lead and direct a variety of vendors and subcontractors and provide critical thinking to problem solving.
• Knowledge preparing and interpreting the process of project budgeting.
• Strong interpersonal skills along with high degree of professionalism and experience managing staff.
