Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will lead various project solutions for clients, ensure quality completion of projects, and build strong relationships with clients and brokers.

Requirements

• 3+ years' project management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
• Working familiarity with proposal writing, analytical reviews, estimating, and interiors
• General understanding of construction drawings
• Ability to travel to various property/construction locations
• Self-starter personality, ability to handle criticism, and work well with limited direction
• Knowledge of financial terms and principles, and complete basic financial analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, and Outlook)
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
