As a Project Manager, you will lead various project solutions for clients, ensure quality completion of projects, and build strong relationships with clients and brokers.
Requirements
- 3+ years' project management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Working familiarity with proposal writing, analytical reviews, estimating, and interiors
- General understanding of construction drawings
- Ability to travel to various property/construction locations
- Self-starter personality, ability to handle criticism, and work well with limited direction
- Knowledge of financial terms and principles, and complete basic financial analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
