As a Property Administrator, you will be involved in all aspects of assisting the Senior Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager, responding to tenant inquiries, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, occupants, vendors, and contractors.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within commercial real estate, preferably office.
- Strong decision-making capabilities to provide high-level service to tenants' needs.
- Excellent customer service skills, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful.
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.
- Experienced in working in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc. Experience with contracts and license agreements.
