Property Assistant

We are seeking a Property Assistant to assist the team with commercial properties, developing strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and familiarity with real estate software.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within commercial real estate
• Strong decision-making capabilities to provide high-level service to tenants' needs
• Excellent customer service skills, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful
• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail
• Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
• Experience with contracts and leasing agreements
