Property Assistant

As a Property Assistant at Colliers, you will be involved in all aspects of managing a commercial building, developing strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors, and supporting senior management with administrative tasks and financial reports.

Requirements

• 2+ years' commercial real estate experience (office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
• Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
• Financial experience; accruals and reconciliations
• Experience with contract and leasing agreements
