Colliers is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a 1.1 M SF commercial office & retail portfolio in downtown Toronto, ensuring alignment with ownership goals and objectives. The role involves managing staff, client relations, budgeting/financial activities, and participating in capital projects.
Requirements
- 5-7 years related property management experience with commercial properties, including office and retail
- Strong interpersonal skills, along with a high degree of professionalism and a hunger for success
- Must have experience with CAM Reconciliations and a strong financial/budgeting background
- Previous experience in managing a team
- Understanding of the local market and competitive settings
- Continuing involvement with professional organisations such as BOMA
- CPM, RPA, and CSM designations preferred
- Excellent client relationship skills, both with owners and tenants
- Independent, self-starter, team player
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines, effectively handle stressful situations, deal intuitively with situations, and work with minimal direction/supervision
- Able to effectively multitask and recognize and address important and time-sensitive tasks and matters
- Role model, conscientious, reliable, and flexible
- Ability to provide mentorship and encourage leadership and growth in others
- A high degree of professionalism and a passion for success
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
