Property Manager

We are seeking a Property Manager to be based in our Ballarat office on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards, as well as managing rental collections and arrears control.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in a similar role within commercial, retail, industrial or residential property
• Certificate of completion CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
