Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team. Our team is driven to maximise the performance of our client’s assets by providing an integrated solution that seamlessly connects leasing, marketing, property management and facilities management all through one point of contact.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in Commercial & / or Industrial property management, including a thorough understanding of leasing practices, legislation, procedures and terminology.
- Valid Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License.
- Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends.
- Previous use of MRI management system (or similar).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
