Requirements
- Completed, or be in your final year of, a degree in Property Economics, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in data management and analytics is highly regarded.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills being highly regarded.
- Experience creating and working with data visualisation tools such as Power BI (or similar) and mapping tools preferred, though not essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with stakeholders at all levels, from senior leadership to technical teams.
- A collaborative and outgoing approach, with a genuine interest in networking and building professional relationships.
