Job Description
Make your next move an expert one. As a Research Manager at Colliers, you will lead a local research team, create market reports and thought leadership content, and provide strategic research support to brokers and clients. You will also oversee property databases, market statistics, and economic indicators, and represent the local market in national research calls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, real estate, or related field
- 5+ years of applied research or analytics experience in commercial real estate
- Experience in a supervisory/leadership role is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Expertise with CoStar, MSCI-RCA, Tableau/Power BI, and CRM systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Client-facing communication and storytelling expertise
