Requirements
- Relevant sales experience
- Real Estate Trading license (or in process of obtaining/close to completion)
- High level of motivation, energy, and initiative
- Sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex business relationships
- Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and credibility quickly with people at all levels
- Desire to advance in the commercial real estate industry
- Prior experience using CRM programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge of Argus Enterprise (considered an asset)
- Solid understanding of debt markets and the influence of debt fundamentals on property valuation (considered an asset)
