Colliers is a real estate services company looking for a Senior Controller to oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The role involves proactive collaboration with management and administrative departments, analysis of sales pipelines, and development of controlling processes. The ideal candidate has completed studies in economics, several years of experience in controlling, and expertise in MS Excel, ERP, and BI systems.
Requirements
- Completed studies in economics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience (3-5 years) in controlling, ideally with a focus on FP&A
- In-depth expertise in closing, planning, reporting, and analysis processes
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel as well as experience with ERP and BI systems; SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud are an advantage
- Distinctive analytical thinking combined with structured, self-responsible working style and entrepreneurial, pragmatic thinking
- Communication strength and secure appearance towards internal stakeholders
- Very good German and English knowledge in word and writing
