Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution (preferred expected graduation 2027-2028)
• Strong interest in Real Estate, Finance and/or the Data Center Sector
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to time manage and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy or quality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with LinkedIn and professional social media engagement
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
