Valuation Services Director

Make your next move an expert one. Colliers is looking for a Valuation Services Director to lead its valuation services team and provide top-tier valuation services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of origination and client service, excellent communication skills, and a team player mentality.

Requirements

• Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones
• Manage team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results
• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, open and closed-end funds, lenders, etc.
