Job Description
Maintenance Technician position at Collington, a senior living facility in Mitchellville, Maryland. The role involves performing routine maintenance, responding to urgent repair needs, and ensuring the safety and comfort of residents and team members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical training or certification in building maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is preferred
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a healthcare, senior living, or residential facility environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, general carpentry, and facility repairs
