Job Description
We are looking for a chef de partie to join our team of 40 chefs in a high volume fast-paced kitchen in Central London. The ideal candidate will have experience working in hotel or high volume restaurants and be able to run a section and lead junior chefs.
Requirements
- Experience working in hotel or high volume restaurants
- Ability to run a section and lead junior chefs
- High level of physical fitness
- Good communication and teamwork skills
