Global Payments Team Leader

We are looking for a Global Payments Team Leader to manage and execute end-to-end payment operations for over 40 legal entities across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in leading people
• Solid experience in project management and finance transitions
• Strategic business understanding
• Strong finance competencies, experience in Treasury and/or Payments will be an advantage
• Natural leadership skills, ability and passion to motivate and manage people
• Business experience from an international organization working across borders
• Strong experience in efficiency implementation (includes digitalization and automation)
• Communication and interpersonal skills
