Non-BOM Purchasing - Student Worker

Coloplast is seeking a student worker for its Non-BOM Purchasing team. The successful candidate will support the acquisition process of indirect materials, track purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers. Requirements

• Student of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Customs Administration, or International Trade.
• English level: B1.
• Domination of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of international purchase logistics (INCOTERMS, payment methods).
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and precision in the processing of purchase orders and supplier performance tracking.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills to address timely quality or delivery-related issues with suppliers.
