Job Description
Coloplast is seeking a Production Operator for manufacturing operations in their Zona Franca La Lima facility in Cartago, Costa Rica. The role involves operating production equipment, packaging products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe working environment. It also requires adherence to company procedures and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in related positions, preferably in medical manufacturing.
- Completion of the ninth grade school.
- Knowledge of materials, machines, tools and production processes.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Enterprise One).
- Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Availability and flexibility to work in any shift.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 10 kg regularly.
