Senior Manager - Strategic Sourcing

The Senior Manager - Strategic Sourcing is responsible for managing spend and relationships with external suppliers, leading interactions with external partners, and partnering with internal business areas to manage risks and maximize value creation.

Requirements

• Lead a small team of sourcing professionals.
• Develop and drive to implementation supplier and category management strategies
• Build robust supplier relationships to drive innovation, supply assurance, and cost optimization
• Conduct the necessary spend analysis and market surveys, and work towards lowering the TCO of for direct materials, through process improvements, strategic sourcing and elimination of waste
• Manage and lead the supplier selection process
• Drive business resilience through a combination of alternate source identification and contractual agreements.
• Develop, review, negotiate and execute complex business agreements and contracts
• Drive safety and compliance to regulations and company policies, procedures and standards
• Own, manage, and lead business relationships with key suppliers where appropriate
