Director of Organizational Strategy

Colorado Access is a Colorado-based company working to improve the health of our state. The Director of Organizational Strategy will help shape the company's vision and support its mission.

Requirements

• Provide strategic direction and oversee department deliverables striving for operational excellence.
• Build high-performing teams with vision, leadership, goals, and metrics.
• Develop and manage the department budget.
• Oversee/lead departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and prioritize strategic partnerships and initiatives.
• Manage external partnership development end-to-end.
• Own corporate strategy rhythms, including governance, engagement, and refresh cycles for objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Partners with Finance to translate strategy into financial and operational insights.
• Lead ROI and value assessments for acquisitions (technology and business) and workforce investments.
• Inform resource and capacity management by conducting capacity audits across portfolios and recurring commitments.
• Champions continuous process improvement to strengthen strategic execution, measurement fidelity, operational discipline, and cross-team accountability.
