The Admissions Operations Office Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the College of Undergraduate Studies (CUS) Admissions team and contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the enrollment process. This position manages core back-office functions, including evaluation of transfer credit, processing of documents, coordination of communication workflows, preparation of acceptance correspondence, and oversight of the Admissions front desk to ensure excellent customer service to prospective students.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
- Two to three years experience working in Christian higher education preferred.
- Polished customer service, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency with computer software, especially MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and a basic understanding of computer databases.
- Experience with Salesforce, Parchment, and Colleague is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (demonstrated ability to communicate effectively by phone, by e-mail, by memoranda, and in person).
- Self-starting and self-motivating skills.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, especially during high-demand periods of a semester.
- Ability to adapt quickly and cheerfully to changing priorities and processes.
