CCU Academy Student Success Advisor

The CCU Academy Student Success Advisor position is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Online Dual Enrollment Manager. The purpose of the Student Advisor role is to guide and support students through the CCU Academy processes, including Dual Credit, Online Dual Enrollment and the A.A. degree, and equip these students to achieve academic success and thrive in achieving their academic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Two-three years experience working in Christian higher education
• Passion for helping students succeed, thrive, and develop educational skills
• Ability to be a self-starter, personable, organized, and a team player
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and a large number of meetings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software technology
