Gift Officer

Colorado Christian University is hiring a full-time Gift Officer to join their University Advancement team. The role involves cultivating meaningful relationships with donors, securing gifts of $10,000+, and managing a portfolio of approximately 150 mid-level and major donors and prospects. The team aims to inspire generosity and help turn supporters into highly engaged major donors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, nonprofit leadership, or philanthropy
• Three+ years of fundraising experience
• Experience working with senior-level executives and managing sensitive issues
• Knowledge of higher education organizational culture, policies, and processes
• Proven donor database or CRM experience
• Knowledge of various business software applications, specifically Microsoft 365 products
