The Graduate Assistant for Residence Life and Summer Conferences at Colorado Christian University plans, promotes, and executes an exemplary Summer Conference program and assists with other aspects of service and community support within the Residence Life department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and acceptance into one of CCU's graduate programs (required)
- Vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Strategic and innovative thinking skills
- Ability to develop and implement Key Performance Indicators following the CCU University Performance Model
- Commitment to supporting, respecting, and empowering the contributions of management and staff
- Team-building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong database skills, including advanced experience with Excel and MS Office Suite
- Ability to execute financial analysis and planning
Benefits
- Hourly pay at the contracted rate of $15.16 per hour
