Overnight Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - **OVERNIGHT & WEEKEND PAY DIFFERENTIAL** - 10502

The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking an Overnight Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care to individuals experiencing homelessness in an integrated & subacute setting. The LPN will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide a safe, supportive, and healing environment for patients. The position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact and bring skills to a place where they are valued beyond clinical expertise.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license with ability to work in the state of Colorado
• A passion for working with vulnerable populations with a focus on trauma-informed care
• A passion for working in a harm reduction environment with a focus on collaborative goal planning with patients
• Experience in harm reduction environments is preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
