Job Description
We are seeking a Prevention Services Coordinator to join our team at Colorado Health Network (CHN). The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating HIV/HCV/STI testing and risk reduction counseling services, coordinating the PrEP support program, and providing community outreach and education.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 year(s) previous work or volunteer experience
- Proven competency working with highly stigmatized and diverse populations
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License
