The Associate Director of Career and Professional Development Advising leads the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of advising services, professional development resources, and institution wide programming. The role oversees first destination employment outcomes, supervises advising staff, and ensures data accuracy and strategic use in institutional planning. The Associate Director also advances key professional development initiatives, including Professional Advantage, the Second-Year Signature Experience, and the Vallejo-Irvine Program (VIP).
