The Mining Engineering Department at Colorado School of Mines invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in the broadly defined area of Mining and Earth Systems Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a creative and ambitious research agenda that complements and expands the department's strengths in mining engineering and applied interdisciplinary earth sciences and engineering disciplines.

Requirements

• Ph.D. from an accredited program in or a closely related field relevant to the search areas
• Demonstrated potential for excellence in research, teaching, and student mentorship
• Some prior industry experience
