Job Description
We are looking for a Care Worker GVP to provide guidance and specialized care to clients who still live independently at home in Lelystad. You will work independently and have a lot of freedom to do your work in an enthusiastic team where camaraderie is highly valued.
Requirements
- Completed care education level 3
- GVP education or willingness to follow
- Driver's license
- Experience with coordinating care and ability to work independently
- Up to date with developments in the field
