Manager, Product Development

ColourPop is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the development of color products from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring on-trend assortments to market on time and on budget.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product development experience in color cosmetics
• Hands-on experience in formula development and color/shade development
• Proven track record building cohesive shade ranges
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting formulas
• Experience working with international contract manufacturers and third-party labs
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
