Consultant, Salesforce Development

Colt is seeking a Consultant, Salesforce Development to lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing technical guidance and support. The successful candidate will design and implement scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design, and architecture.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of developers
• Proficiency in Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud and CRM Analytics
• Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
• Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web components, Salesforce Flows and Salesforce integrations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and development methodologies
• Experience with integration tools such as Mulesoft, WebMethods, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL solutions
• Deep understanding of data integrity, security and compliance standards within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services
• Knowledge and ability to follow SDLC as well as Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce
• Knowledge of AI-driven Salesforce solutions such as Einstein Analytics
