Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated Seasonal Parts & Accessory Delivery Consultant to help RV and boat owners get the most out of their adventures—while driving revenue through confident product recommendations and upselling.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales or service experience in RV, marine, powersports, automotive, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong product knowledge and genuine passion for the outdoor, boating, and camping lifestyle.
- Self-driven, approachable, and confident in selling solutions that enhance the customer’s experience.
- Experience demonstrating equipment or teaching customers is a major plus.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills—comfortable guiding customers one-on-one or in small groups.
- Basic computer and POS system skills.
