Job Description
Columbia Association is seeking part-time Pilates Trainers to join their team. As a Pilates Trainer, you will have the opportunity to enhance individuals' lives by supporting their fitness progress and overall health. The position offers a positive, fun, supportive work culture with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Possession of an approved certification (i.e., Peak Pilates, Balanced Body, Power Pilates, Basi Pilates, The Labor, others)
- 30 hours of Pilates training experience
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals with a positive and friendly attitude towards clients and colleagues
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (on job certification available)
