Job Description
Deburr Technician position involves setting up and operating manual and powered hand tools to remove metal burrs and rust from raw materials and machined parts. Requires good manual dexterity and ability to work with little supervision.
Requirements
- Read and interpret blueprint and process sheets
- Possess good manual dexterity capabilities
- Sets up and operate all machines in the department
- Locate alternate gauges as needed
- Train others to deburr correctly
- Ability to read and understand documents such as blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write standard documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with other employees of the organization
