Job Description
prAna is seeking an Ecommerce Merchandise Coordinator to join their team in Carlsbad, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with Site Merchandising or E-Commerce operations and a strong understanding of ecommerce systems, data flow, and online shopping behavior. The role will involve merchandising operations, product launches, digital merchandising, insights, and optimization. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate product data, executing on-site merchandising, and analyzing performance to identify opportunities for continuous enhancements to the shopping experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Site Merchandising or E-Commerce operations
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in relevant field (Merchandising, Marketing, Business)
- Experience with ecommerce/merchandising platforms required, SFCC, Salsify, Shopify, or Adobe Analytics preferred
- Proficient with Excel, writing formulas (eg: vlookup, if functions), pivot tables
- Experience with data management required
- Familiarity with ecommerce reporting KPIs (visits, conversion, add to cart) preferred
