As a Retail Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain store standards, and contribute to store profitability. You will be a brand ambassador, answering customer questions and making product recommendations while supporting Columbia Sportswear Company's values. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers and working with the Store Leadership team to support the company's mission.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2 years or less of experience in a retail position or specialization
• Ability to operate Inventory and Point of Sales (POS) systems, and other retail software tools
• 16 years of age or older
